Judicial review of decision by Immigration Appeal Division (Tribunal) of Immigration and Refugee Board finding applicant had no right to appeal removal order made against her as she fell within definition of “serious criminality” under Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, S.C. 2001, c. 27, s. 64—Tribunal committing no reviewable error in determining period applicant spent in pre-sentence custody formed part of the “term of imprisonment” under Act, s. 64(2), applicant punished by term of imprisonment that exceeded two years—Application dismissed.
