FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL

Reference re Subsection 18.3(1) of the Federal Courts Act, T-1779-18, 2021 FC 723, [2021] 3 F.C.R. 723, has been affirmed on appeal (Google LLC v. Canada (Privacy Commissioner), A-250-21, 2023 FCA 200). The reasons for judgment, handed down September 29, 2023, will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.

Canada (National Revenue) v. Ghermezian, T-252-19, T-254-19, T-258-19, T-259-19, T-261-19, T-262-19, 2022 FC 236, has been reversed in part on appeal (A-65-22, A-151-22, 2023 FCA 183). The reasons for judgment, handed down September 1, 2023, will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.

Kilgour v. Canada (Attorney General), T-259-21, 2022 FC 472, has been affirmed on appeal (Reisdorf v. Canada (Attorney General), A-102-22, 2023 FCA 188), reasons for judgment handed down September 14, 2023.

SUPREME COURT OF CANADA

Canada (Citizenship and Immigration) v. Mason, A- 415-19, A-37-20, 2021 FCA 156, [2022] 1 F.C.R. 3, has been reversed on appeal (2023 SCC 21). The reasons for judgment, handed down September 27, 2023, will be published in the Supreme Court Reports.
