No exemption may be granted for indefinite period of time from obligation mentioned in R. 337(8) to send copy of any order obtained by ex parte proceeding to other party by registered post -- Obligation resulting from principle justice must be public -- For Court to suspend obligation, plaintiff must include in application precise supporting reasons and period of time for which exemption sought -- Statement "in order to avoid debtor disposing of property to be seized under writ before bailiff's visit" not sufficient -- Federal Court Rules, C.R.C., c. 663, RR. 324, 337(8).
