Judicial review of Adjudicator’s decision denying applicant’s request for intervention (grievance) pursuant to Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. R-10, in respect of purported withdrawal of promotion to supervisory position— Adjudicator decided matter on basis of entitlement to promotion, but precluded from so doing by Standing Order—Decision also wrong in law because applicant had to fullest extent possible departed old position—Application allowed.
