Application by employer to stay implementation of arbitral award respecting program "Enjeux", ordering it to install Ms. Panasuk as assistant for 1993-1994 season, and application by Union to require employer to appear in court and give reasons for refusal to comply with said arbitral award-Question whether arbitral award applicable as of January 1, 1994, and if necessary, whether employer put forward sufficient grounds for stay until April 1, 1994 -- Evidence disclosed Ms. Panasuk herself expressed wish not to be on program "Enjeux" before April 1994, as assigned to program "Montréal Ce Soir" up to that time -- Order in question not specific as to time when applicable-Union did not present prima facie evidence of non-compliance or infringement -- Application by Union dismissed -- Order in question must be implemented within reasonable time.
